Yes! You can purchase a Beauer safe in the knowledge that if anything happens, you're covered.

Lifetime electric cylinder
The electric cylinders, used to open & close the Beauer, are guaranteed for life! Should they ever fail (which is incredibly unlikely), you're fully covered.
15-year water ingress
Our industry leading 15 year water ingress warranty demonstrates our confidence in the design & materials used in production.
2 year furniture & fittings
Standard 2-year warranty on all furniture & fittings (covering manufacturing errors)
Individual components
Most of the individual components & upgrades carry their own manufacturer-backed warranties too!
How are warranty claims handled?
Warranty claims should be logged with your dealer (River Motorhomes) who in turn process them with Beauer headquarters in France.
Where possible, it is recommended to return your Beauer to one of our sites for our workshop team to perform repairs/replacements, as we have specialist knowledge of Beauer caravans that other workshops do not.
However, if this isn't possible for any reason, Beauer headquarters may authorise repairs at other workshops (at their discretion) and settle payment on your behalf.
